Returns OverView

OverView

In this section, we will cover how you view and monitor your returns in MYTBMHUB. Our returns process can be broken down into the following steps:

Receiving the return
Visual Quality check
Items viable for resale booked back into stock
Items faulty or damaged booked into quarantine

Process

You can find the Returns section in MYTBMHUB by going to "Returns --> OverView" in the side bar.

The returns overview section gives you a comprehensive list of ALL your returns in MYTBMHUB. The section includes various filters you can use at the top of the page to navigate your orders based on their status, warehouse and date.

In order to access a specific return and more detailed information click "Actions --> View". Then select the tab labelled "Items" on the top of the screen to view exact SKU's and reasons for return. In this section, you will also be able to view the decision made against the items, E.g: Booked back into stock or placed in quarantine.

NOTE: If searching for a specific order, ensure ALL filters are off by switching them to "ALL".

Otherwise, you may be limiting your search.
