Overview
MyTBMHUB has an all-encompassing suite of detailed reports, in this section we will guide you through which reports are most useful and significant to answer product specific information and queries.
Inventory Report
This report gives you access to a view of your SKU’s and their quantities. It displays how your stock levels are distributed and allocated through the various levels of the fulfilment processes. These can include:
Stock level - the amount of stock physically held in the warehouse
Allocated – stock that is reserved for customer orders
On hand – this is stock that is available to you once the existing orders are fulfilled from the allocated stock
Off hand – stock that is onsite but is unavailable to be ordered. It is booked into an ‘off hand location.’ This feature is only used if you have indicated to us that stock needs to be reserved.
On order – Stock that is on an open ASN due to be delivered to TBM Required by back order – stock that is required to clear open back orders
In quarantine – Stock that has been deemed faulty and cannot be sold. I.e returns/damages
