ASN Reporting

MYTBMHUB has an all-encompassing suite of detailed reports, in this section we will guide you through which reports are most useful and significant to answer ASN specific information and queries.

Accessing Reports

In the side bar go to 'Reports' and then select 'Overview'.

ASN Report

This report gives you access to a view of your ASN's within a specific date range. You can also filter by the ASN status to show you all ASN's within that date range of specific ASN's based on their status.

Product Usage Report

This report provides a full audit trail that tracks inbound and out bound activity at a product level. Additionally, in regard to ASN's it timestamps all actions assigned to your inbound activity. If you want to align your intern stock records with our real time updates this report is your first port of call.

It can be filtered by:

IN
Out
Allocated

Selecting the filter "IN" will show information pertinent to a specific ASN. This can include showing you which SKU's are assigned to which ASN reference, as well as providing the time and date they were inbounded.
