Dashboard Configuration

OverView

The Dashboard in MyTBMHub is easily customisable to fit your requirements. There are a variety of modules you can add in to keep you up to date with things such as orders, import errors and weekly stats. 

 Process

 Setting Date Range:

On the top right of your dashboard there is a date range shown. To change this click the drop down arrow and select the required range to summarise. Our recommendation is to always have range set to 365 days.
 
Adding a module:

Click the settings ‘cog icon’, on top left, then click ‘Add Module’.
Select the module then click ‘Add’.

Our recommended modules for your dashboard:

OrderStatusSummaryAll - Shows orders so you don't have to put in a date range.
GoodsInCalendar - Shows upcoming deliveries.
OrderQueryStatusSummary - Status of order queries.
ConnectImportSummary – Shows connection errors between MyTBM
Hub and your websites orders.
