Expiry date tracking

Overview

If your products need to have an expiry date tracking, please indicate this at the start of the onboarding process.

If serial number tracking needs to be implemented at a later stage, please follow the below process.

Process

To enable this post onboarding phase. This is done on a product-by-product basis:

Go to 'Product Overview'
Click 'Bulk Export Product'
Open the CSV file from your downloads
Populate the relevant columns:
- HasExpiryDate (required)
- LogExpiryDateInbound
- LogExpiryDateOutbound (additional charge)
In each of the columns populate the value "TRUE" for the products that need expiry tracking.
Reimport the file by clicking the upload product button.
