  • Inventory Report

This report gives you access to a view of your SKU’s and their quantities. It displays how your stock levels are distributed and allocated through the various levels of the fulfilment processes. These can include:

  • Stock level - The amount of stock physically held in the warehouse.
  • Allocated – Stock that is reserved for customer orders.
  • On hand – This is stock that is available to you once the existing orders are fulfilled from the allocated stock.
  • Off hand – Stock that is onsite but is unavailable to be ordered. It is booked into an ‘off hand location. This feature is only used if you have indicated to us that stock needs to be reserve.
  • On order – Stock that is on an open ASN due to be delivered to TBM.
  • Required by back order – stock that is required to clear open back orders.
  • In quarantine – Stock that has been deemed faulty and cannot be sold. i.e returns/damages.

  • Low Stock Report

Provided you have set a low stock level alert, this report is where you will find the SKU’s that have depleted to the level of requiring replenishment.

  • Product Usage Report

This report provides a full audit trail that tracks inbound and outbound activity at a product level. Additionally, it timestamps all actions assigned to both your inbound and outbound activity. If you want to align your internal stock records with our real time updates this report is your first port of call.

It can be filtered by:

  • In
  • Out
  • Allocated

  • Products expiring

Provided you have set a batch expiry date alert, this report is where you will find the SKUs that are reaching expiry. The default notifications are 28 days, but this can be adjusted at the product set up stage or adjusted at a later stage by editing the product.

  • Bundle Inventory Report

This will give you the quantity of bundles that can be processed based on the available stock levels of the component’s SKUs.

  • Back Order SKU’s.

This report will list out the SKU’s that are on open backorders in the system. The important section to look at is QTY Required (Shortfall).

This shows you the amount of each SKU that you are short in order to fulfil all back orders containing that SKU. This is a useful report to show you the stock that is required to ship backorders.

  • Missing Attributes Report

This report highlights any product attributes or information that has been missed at the product setup stage. These attributes will need to be populated as soon as possible.

  • Returns Report

This report will show you all the returns in a specified date range. It will show you the original order number (If provided by the customer), the products and quantity on the return, the return date and the condition of the stock. (Either returned to good stock or quarantine).

  • Despatch Report Item Level

This report gives you despatched orders from a specified date range. It provides you with information on these despatched orders such as: Order number, order date vs despatch date, products and quantities on the order.

  • Historic Inventory Levels

This report provides you with an overview of past inventory levels on a specified date.

  • Bundle Breakdown Report

This gives you visibility of the which components are assigned to each bundle. Additionally, it shows the percentage value of the components in the bundle, relative to the overall cost of said bundle.

  • Product Cartons

This report gives visibility to the information that was assigned to both inner and master cartons in the product setup stage. It will display the number of items assigned in either, as well as the associated barcodes.
