Managing Inventory

OverView

In this section, you will be provided with documentation on viewing inventory levels in each warehouse, transferring stock between TBM warehouses and running one off and scheduling inventory reports.

Stock Levels

In the product section of the side bar, go to 'Product --> Overview'. Ensure all filters are switched off and this will present a full list of your products and their available stock levels in MYTBMHUB.

To the right of the screen you will see available stock levels against each SKU and warehouse location.

By clicking on the arrow to the left of the actions button, you can drop down a more detailed view of the stock of that ASN.

These will include:

Stock Level: The amount of stock physically held in the warehouse.
Allocated: Stock that is reserved for customers orders.
On Hand: This is stock that is available to you once existing orders are fulfilled form allocated stock.
Off Hand: Stock that is onsite but is unavailable to be ordered. It is booked into an "OffHand" location. This feature is only used if you have indicated to us that stock needs to be reserved.
On Order: Stock that is on open ASN due to be delivered to TBM.
Required by back order: Stock that is required to clear open back orders.
In quarantine: Stock that has been deemed faulty and cannot be sold. E.g: Returns & Damages.
