If your products need to have expiry date tracking, please indicate this at the start of the onboarding process.
If serial number tracking needs to be implemented at a later stage, please follow the below process.
To enable this post onboarding phase. This is done on a product-by-product basis:
- Go to Product overview
- Click ‘Bulk Export Products’
- Open the CSV file from your downloads
- Populate the relevant columns:
- HasExpiryDate (required)
- LogExpiryDateInbound
- LogExpiryDateOutbound (additional charge)
- In each of the columns populate the value
- “TRUE” for the products that need expiry tracking.
