Courier Returns Process

OverView

TBM offer a prepaid returns portal to you via our courier network. As our clients you can opt to have a prepaid returns setup with your chosen courier partner. This will be allow your customer to return an order free of charge and the cost will be billed to your TBM account. 


Process  

To get this set up please contact your Business Development representative. 


If you would like your customer to be responsible for the returns charge, we recommend you ask them to return it themselves. Provide them with your company name and TBM's warehouse details and their order number. 


Our team will then easily identify the return agasint your account: 


With AN Post in Ireland they can do that there,

NOTE: It's very important that the customer includes the original number on the order of the return. 

If this is missing and our TBM team cannot identify the original order it will be logged in as an unidentified return or it could result in refusal.
