In this section we cover how to create a product in MYTBMHUB,
NOTE: All products should assigned a new SKU - Items cannot have the same SKU.

Complete the template with all required information following the instructions in the Excel file and email it to mytbm@tbm-solution.com for review and upload.
Note: We recommend that any new SKU’s uploaded are checked against existing SKU’s to avoid any duplicate SKU’s.
If a SKU is changed and not updated in the system customers WILL receive the wrong product.
If a product is uploaded with incorrect information or missing information, it can result in:
- Destruction of product by customs
- Failed deliveries
- Overcharging on courier costs
- Overcharging on volumetric storage
- Inability to generate courier label
B2B Setup: Product Carton and Pallet
The client is responsible for ensuring that all products are set up in our system at both the carton and pallet level. This process is separate from the standard product setup, and clients must request the carton/pallet setup templates from our team to complete this requirement. Proper setup is critical, as it ensures carton and pallet pick billing is applied correctly. Failure to set up cartons and pallets will result in item pick charges, which are significantly more expensive. Billing cannot be rectified retrospectively if cartons or pallets are not set up correctly; adjustments can only be applied going forward once the correct setup is in place. Furthermore, if carton sizes change or are updated, it is the client’s responsibility to inform our team promptly so these changes can be captured in the system and reflected in billing.
