Cancelling or Editing an Order

The following process explains how to cancel or edit an order in MYTBMHUB. 



Process - Cancelling an Order

NOTE: An order can only be cancelled if it falls under "New" or "BackOrder" status. 


To Cancel an order

  • Click the small box located beside the order
  • Go to bulk actions 
  • Search and Select cancel
  • Then hit go 



If an order is accidentally cancelled you can reactivate the order, this is done by following the same instructions, Selecting the small box next to the order go to bulk actions and search for "Uncancel"



Process - Editing an Order

NOTE: An order can only be edited if it falls under "New" or "BackOrder" status. 


To Edit an Order: 

  • Click Actions
  • Details - (5 order tabs) 
  • Details- address, order number, phone number, courier service, freight charge, Adding packing notes. 
  • Items- Products, Quantities & Pricing 
  • History- Here you can see the order timeline and milestone. You can also view the scan of the items. This is found under barcode verification. 
  • Documents- This is where you can add the commercial invoice and packing list to an order. 
  • Query's- Please refer to the Queries Raised in section 10
