Introduction to orders

OverView

In this section, we will cover how you create, view and manage your orders in MYTBMHUB. 

It's important to note that we require an order in MYTBMHUB for any outbound movement of stock from your inventory.

This includes:

• Direct to consumer website order 
• Business to Business order to retailer/ distributor
• Internal TBM warehouse transfer
• Rework 

The stock must be processed out via an order. This will keep a history and reference against all stock that is taken from your inventory. 

Order OverView

You can find the order overview section of MYTBMHUB by going to, Orders-->Overview in the side bar. 

The orders overview section gives you a comprehensive list of all your orders in MYTBMHUB. The section includes various filters you can use at the top of the page to navigate your orders based on their status, warehouse, date, courier service and so on. 

NOTE: If searching for a specific order, ensure ALL filters are off by swiching them to "ALL", Otherwise you are limiting your search.

  On the orders overview page you will see an overview of your orders and their details. You can alter the way this is displayed by clicking "Column Visibility". By default you will see the following against each other: 

• Actions 
• Channel 
• Warehouse
• Order Number 
• External Ref 
• Parts 
• Order Date 
• Name 
• Postcode 
• country
• courier service 
• No of parcels
• Total weight
• Total items 
• Order status
• Tags
• Tracking No 
• Order Value
